Teras Impiana Sdn. Bhd. marked an important milestone with the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Advancecon Infra Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Advancecon. The collaboration will explore new opportunities in high-specification and mission-critical infrastructure.
The MOU establishes a platform for Advancecon and Teras Impiana to jointly identify, assess and pursue suitable project opportunities, drawing on their respective capabilities in construction, engineering and mission-critical infrastructure. Over the 12-month collaboration period, both parties will explore potential collaboration models, including joint tender submissions and project participation, with any future arrangements to be formalised through definitive agreements.
The signing ceremony, held in Kuala Lumpur, brought together key representatives from both organisations. The MOU was attended by Phum Boon Eng, Managing Director of Advancecon; Datuk Phum Ang Kia, Deputy Executive Chairman; Bavananthan Selvamany, Managing Director of Teras Impiana; Martin Jayaseelan George Zakaria, Project Director, and other directors from Teras Impiana Kim Duck Soo, Jimmy Tai, and Marco Wong.
As infrastructure requirements become increasingly complex, projects in sectors such as data centres, semiconductor manufacturing and advanced industrial facilities require more than construction capabilities alone.
